Power of Two is a peer-to-peer support program that connects patients and caregivers living with IBD. Using the app, you’ll self-match and then reach out by phone, video chat, or messaging to a peer mentor who relates to what you’re going through. Power of Two makes it easy to share your questions and experiences, safely and securely, with a trusted peer who understands.
